Nate Slack is a retired Coast Guard Chief Boatswains Mate with more than 25 years professional experience in the maritime industry and 23 years law enforcement experience. He is a professionally licensed 200 ton Coast Guard Captain.
He has safely operated vessels of various lengths and tonnages tens of thousands of nautical miles. In addition, He has successfully trained a countless number of people from various walks of life, helping them reach their highest potential.
As a lifelong learner, he understands that adopting a new skill can be both exciting and challenging. That’s why he is committed to supporting you every step of the way.

Captain
Jessica Wissmann
Jessica is a lifelong mariner, holds a 100-Ton Masters License, and has over 32
years of experience driving vessels around North America and the Caribbean. She retired from the US Coast Guard after serving as; a surfman, a marine operations instructor, and an emergency manager for large scale search and rescue, law enforcement and national security missions. She enjoys spending time on the water, and teaching people how to improve their boat handling skills.

Clay Wissmann
Clay is a professional mariner with over 23 years of maritime experience. He retired from the US Coast Guard after specializing in operations management, search and rescue, and law enforcement. He is an avid fisherman with a 100-ton Master's License. He is a certified instructor, and enjoys training people on how to have safe maritime experiences.
